16. The Règlement sur la tenue des dossiers et des cabinets de consultation des travailleurs sociaux (D. 929-88, 88-06-15), applies to the members, with the following amendments:

(1)  the title of the Regulation shall read as follows:

“Règlement sur la tenue des dossiers et des cabinets de consultation des membres de l’Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec”;

(2)  where the Regulation is applied to the holder of a marital and family therapist’s permit, it shall read with “thérapeute conjugal et familial” as a substitution for the words “travailleur social”; and

(3)  section 16 shall read with “membres de l’Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec” as a substitution for the words “travailleurs sociaux”, wherever they appear.

That Regulation, with the above-mentioned amendments, shall cease to apply to the members on the date of coming into force of a regulation made by the board of directors of the Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec, pursuant to the first paragraph of section 91 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
